Symposium RTD issues

I have a customer running a Symposium 5.0 with the Web client 4.5, they have a custom report on the WC and one column shows Agent activity. Looking at the real time displays, there is never any data filled in here. If you run a report, you can see the agent not ready activity codes. What am I missing to see these in real time ? All other RTD info works fine.
 
have you inserted a column into the ral time displays which allows you to see not ready reason codes?
 
Yes, the RTD does have a column for NR reason. It never populates though.

 
When you build acitivity codes in Web client, there are three columns, number, name, and display name. Have you verified that the display name (used by the real time display) is populated?. If so, and the problem persists, schedule a reboot of SWC. If the problem persists, open a trouble ticket with your vendor.
