Application Performance Report:

Threshold is set at 45 seconds and 15 intervals

One of the intervals list Answered Delay as 33 seconds but Ans After Threshold is 1. In that particular interval there was only 1 call offered and the threshold was 45 seconds.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure the call answered in that interval was offered in that interval. That is a gotcha for the interval reports.

Use the call-by-call report to verify what happened in that application and when.
