Our call center is 24x7 and I would like to run a report which would show the time of day/night when we have the highest call volume. Can anyone recommend a report that would show this?
Unfortunately there is no standard report that does this automatically. The best I've found is the standard "Application Performance Report". If you run it as an "Interval" report for the day you will see which 15 minute interval is the busiest, i.e. numbers of call presented.
