Symposium Reports

Hi I am trying to find a way to use the standard reports that will show me what agents are releasing calls without authorization - there is one of them hanging up on callers.

We are using Standard Symposium

Any help would be gratefully received.




If a tree falls in the forrest and nobody is around does anyone care?

This is defined as a short call. Should be in several of your standard reports. You just need to make sure to set a threshold for the agent level reports for short calls.
