I am looking for anyone who is doing any datamining/datamart of the call by call information in Symposium. Because of the reporting restrition in Symposium, we need additional call detail that only the call by call report provides.

We have been able to pull the info we need right now but want to expand and we think that a datamart or dataming this info is the way to go.
