Symposium rel. 6 - CTI interface description ? 1

As a CCMS, CCMM & CCT6 Admin I am chased to provide “ The Detail Technical TAPI interface description “ for some external CTI Application developers.
Their CTI Application works together with Avaya technology now and they want to use it with Nortel. In the Documentation there are some pointers but I am afraid that’s all and more detailed interface description simply doesn’t exist or is appointed just for high level partners and of course is not free of charge.

Any experience would be highly appreciated,

If they are really developers, they will have access to the API and SDK from Nortel. They should explain to you what they are going to do!!!! LOL As you may know, the CCT now has a lite and full API that the develpoper can code against. They no longer depend on TAPI. the TAPI interface in only at the CCT server level and Clients no longer are TAPI enabled. Any way......
