Symposium Real Time display

I am having a problem when I launch symposium real time display.Pleae see error below.


This error report information regarding the condition of Symposium Real Time Display when the
problem aoccured the operating system version and computer hardware in use;your Digital Product ID
which could used to identify your license and the internet Protocol address on computer.

Interesting. So what operating system, browser version, and security settings does the pc have that this is occurring on? The error is not one I've seen before.

The operating system is window xp sp2

Do RTD's work from the CCMA?
Run the Client Control msi on the workstation.
