I added a few new agents to a new skillset in Symposium. All but one agent showed up in report although she was receiving calls. I removed user and recreated. checked phoneset. Deacquired - rebuilt phone-reaquired and she is still not showing up in any reports.
Now this morning, I had a few agents showing not logged in but actually are. Two agents show not ready but are actually on calls. IT help desk is receiving calls from Customer Service CDNs but not their own queue.
I checked in Symposium server all services are up. A few DLL errors. No major or critical. All CDNs show acquired in switch and in Symposium.
Anyone know what could be going on?
