Symposium Phone Display

We have Symposium. On the ACD M3904 phones the display changes from Nortel Networks to the following:
Caller requeued networks

When the display changes, there is no call coming in. Once the Helpdesk person picks up the receiver it goes back to display "Nortel Networks".

Does anyone have an idea why this is occurring?

If an agent doesn't pickup his/her phone when ringing, you can say in Symposium what to do with the agent (e.g. go to Not Ready / Make Set Busy). The call is then Requeued.
I guess this happened and the phone went into Not Ready State. By pressing the login key, or lifting the hook, the agent is in Idle state again.

The person was sitting at there desk and the phone did not ring when the display changed. Is there some configuration to check?

Hi Spirit,

I would double check and see what call presentation is assigned...Is it call force? Is there any networking involved at your site?
 
Check the setting for DDS (Digit Display) and set it for Tandem Digit Display. I had the problem wth M3905 not display incoming call information and this sorted it.
