Symposium NCC scheduling

Hi,
I am trying to schedule an assignment on the NCC to network certain skillsets to certain sites on a specific time however the scheduling fails. I see it in Scheduled Events however the field Next Run Time is blank. Also when I press the schedule button however I get Failed to schedule this assignment.

1 - Should this schedule on the NCC server?
2 - If so I should see it in the Windows 2003 scheduled tasks window?
3 - How can i fix it?

Did you remember to Save the Assignment before you click Schedule?

Look in the Scheduled Events folder left side of the screen and check that you Assignment is Activated.

Last - you have to have Access Rights to do this, look in your Access Class.

(I seem to remember that the webadmin user cannot Schedule, but I am not sure)

I have all the rights and I did save first. I think the issue is with the Iceadmin account not being created wich stops the event from scheduling the event in the Windows Scheduler...
