Symposium Mapping

Hi folks,

I am tasked with mapping out Symposium call flows and associated IVR scripting. Does anyone have an application or suggested method of extracting Symposium information for documentation purposes?

I thought I would go into call flows and scripting to make a viso or excel spread sheet but there has got to be an easier or smarter way.

I want to ultimately take an existing Symposium configuration; call flows, IVR scripting e.t.c and be able to have for a knowledge base or to replace systems.

Your help and suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated.

In the Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer there is an option 'Generate Documentation' listed under 'Contact Center'.
But since you mention Symposium I presume you're working with an old (Nortel) version? If so I think Excel/Visio is the way to do it..
