Does anyone have the complete breakdown of an agent's login time?

I have most agents whose productivity has on average 1 hr of unaccounted for time.
I have a handful of agents whose productivity has around 2 hrs of unaccounted for time.

AgentPerformance reports will break down agent activity details by total time for a given time period. It will only track time that they are logged in.

It will be difficult for us to help you identify what is "productive time" if we don't know what qualifies as "productive" to you.

You can run the agent login/out report which will show you exactly what time and agent logged in and out. It also shows when they go ready and not ready.
