Hi there,

Apologies if this question has already been asked, i had a look through the keyword searches but couldn't find anything.

The version of symposium we are currently using reports in 15 minute intervals. Is it possible to have it so it doesn't display everything in 15 minute intervals but shows the call/producitivity logs etc with the timestamp of when the event actually happened.

I'm looking to understand if we simply require a patch or an upgrade in order to increase the accuracy of our reporting.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Sam

All versions report in 15 minute intervals. I doubt whether even a customised crystal report will give you the level of detail you require.

Report minimum is an interval (which is 15 minutes).

The standard report minimum is the interval (of 15 minutes) and all standard reports will use this.

If you want an exact timestamp on each event you can try to run a 'Call by Call' Report (If configured for your reporting whiches via Configuration, Historical Statistics)

A call by call report will no doubt give you the info you require, but you can only run a report for a maximum of a 1 hour period. If you have a busy call centre the amount of data is truely massive and difficult to sort - best of luck!

You probably can get better results when you connect directly to Symposium database, e.g. you can synchronise Symposium database every minute with MS SQL database and use MS Reports.

But this will need a lot of IT stuff (database engineer, developer, e.g.)
