I have just reinstalled Symposium from scratch. I have no back up, so have to recreate the system as it was. Not an easy task.
The problem is I cannot remove the client from the PCs.
It comes back with 'fatal error during installation'.
Not sure what I can do to remove the client and reload, any ideas?
Thanks

pfff, that's always a pain.

What I used to do in those occasions was removing all Nortel Networks related files and folders, deleting the ASE12CLT directory and clear the registry afterwards with a tool like regcleaner. You maybe also have to search the registry of these machines manually for anything related to Nortel and SU (for the patches).

(I preffer to reinstall the machine though, goes quicker....)

Why are you uninstalling the clients? Unless there was some problem before with those clients, you shouldn't have to do this....
