One of our CC managers went to pull a report for July 2008 and there was no records. Some how our records only date back to August 13 2008. Do the records delete themselves or do we have a problem with the system? Is there a way of saving the records week by week, day by day or any other interval?

Symposium Express has a fixed amount of time for each data type kept (interval, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and login/logout). Never trust that data will be available, always run reports on critical data and store in a safe place. If the system has a failure, all data since the last successful backup is lost.
