Symposium Express Voice Services Card - VS_Service

Hi

I have a problem with a Voice Services Card and the VS_Service on the SECC. The service will not stay in the Link_Up state, keeps going into Link_Down or Link_Unknown state. When card down i can ping the card from the SECC no prob.

So i'm going to replace a possible faulty SECC Voice Services card as the VS_Service on the server will not stay in the UP state.

What is the process for installing a replacement, like for like. How do i get the config saved off the card, or is it straight forward enough to reprogramme.

Do you have a proper keycode for your VS card?

Yes have the keycode with correct dongle id etc, i know the card recognises the kaycode as it cycles the display A:008, K:008 etc on the face of the card.

Now is working.

1st Fault :Incorrect IP address was programmed on VSC

2nd Fault :No 1.08 Software loaded on PCMCIA card in A: drive.

After these two issues were fixed it worked a treat (6 hours later).
