Symposium Express- tracking outbound sales calls

We use activity codes to track the types of inbound calls to our call center. We need to similarly be able to track the types of outbound sales calls from the call center. Is there any way to do this?
 
You could use "not ready reason codes", but I cant in all honesty remember whether this feature is available on an Express.
