Good afternoon - Could someone tell me the main difference between Symposium Express and Symposium Call Center? Please keep in mind I am fairly new to Symposium.
The main points are:
On Symposium Express:
- You can't write your own call routing scripts, this limits your routing possibilities.
- It is not possible to add any customer configured real-time displays.
- There are no call-by-call reports.
- No web client is available.
- No HDX available.
With Symposium Express you can have a simple ACD like call routing, with skillsets, reports and basic real-tim displays.
