Symposium Express Password retry count

I noticed that several GRTD users have their Desktop Password retry count set to 0. Other agents have 6653.
Users who have their count to 0 can not login.

Does this setting need to be changed and if so, how do you change it?

zero shouldn't make them not able to login. That is just how many times they can enter the wrong password before they are locked out and you have to unlock them. This is for people who use symposium or GRTD only.
