Symposium Express Log out

I have a Symposium Express 4.2 and when call are not answered by an agent who has stepped away, I want the calls to ring 4 times and go back to the cue and automatically log that agent our or send it to not ready. Can some one give me a quick rundown on how to make that happen?
 
That is done in the Agent Call Presentation class. There are options in the class that will allow you to set that up.
 
Can I make these changes while the cue is up or do I need to do these changes with no activity?
