Symposium Express errors 1

I have a Symposium Express which continually outputs errors relating to services failing.
The errors are attached below.
What it appears to be is that Symposium Express is trying to connect to Call Pilot, for Voice services, when in fact I am using a VSC card for this purpose, I have tried setting the Connection type in Server configuration manager to both Serial and IP, both have the same result.
The errors do not seem to be service affecting, but the customer sees them and is busting my head in to stop them coming out, any thoughts guys?

The software release for Symposium Express is 4.2, and I am running Rlse 3 on the Core Switch, Call Pilot is Rlse 2,

This is pretty standard for Symposium Express. Go into the Services panel and disable this service: MAS Link Handler #2. It refers to the com port interface that the larger Symposium can use to interface to Meridian Mail for ACCESS prompts. It is not used in Symposium Express. However, if you do not disable it, you will get these messages, sometimes to the point that it can affect the server.

I have also a problem with a VS card.

The vendor who installed it don't give us the passwords.

What is the default password for the shell ?

Is there a procedure to re initiate password ?
