Is there a way to export the Symposium raw call data on a daily basis to an external server.

I'm looking for the path where the database is stored on the server. Does anyone know where it's stored?

Sybase database which Symposium server use locate on all logical NTFS drives from ? to Z. Count of logical drives, which Sybase use, defined at installtime.
Symposium use 3 Sybase databases: blue, cbc, master.
"Sybase Central" and "SQL Advantage" utils can be used for access to this databases. This utils avtomatically installed on Symposium server with Sybase software (on d:\Sybase\).

To export the data from the SCCS databases, the easyest way is via ODBC. You can do it from a PC where the fat client is installed (use the "ICCM_PREWIEW_DSN" system DSN). Or you can install Sybase open client and create a DSN to the SCCS databases using the "dsedit" program.
