Symposium express client some functions dont work

On one PC (mine unfortunately) certain functions of the Client cannot be pulled up. When you click on them nothing happens. Other PCs work just fine. Have tried to completely uninstall and reinstall and it does not change anything. Also have tried to turn off the firewall to see if that is blocking and it did not change anything.

These functions do not work:
Real time display
Reports
Call Treatment
Call Routing


These DO work:
Agent/Supervisor Admin
Agent Skillset assigment
Call Presentation
CDNS
DNIS
phonesets
Activity codes

Any Idea why some things work and some dont?

Are those function "greyed" out? If not you may be on the wrong side of a firewall. If so, I woulld make sure you have all the lastest client peps loaded.

Not greyed out. Can click on them but nothing happens. It looks like it is trying to load something but nothing happens.

As for the firewall, I have checked that and even gone as far as turning the firewall off.

I will have to check the PEPs.
 
Did these functions ever work? If not, you have two options. Completely de-install the client (there are manual steps with registry edits involved) and re-install with all PEPs. If it still does not work, you probably have a conflict with other programs on your PC. You can try and remove programs (typically database functions) to try and resolve the conflict.

Your other alternative is to use a different PC which does not have the problem.
