Symposium Express Call routing issue

Hi All,


At one of site i am facing the problem of Improper call routing through Symposium.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
Tried to reboot the server found all services are UP.

Suggest the remedy ASAP.

Would need more details of this problem in order to help. Does the call get to the Symposium...what is it doing wrong...
