We are still running Symposium Express Call Centre 4.2
Cannot find any help in the documents.
When I say novice, I mean novice
Looking at all the standard reports, we cannot find one that will give us the Average Call Duration for Day/Month/Year.
We seem to be able to find anything else. But not just a simple report that will give us the average call duration of all incomming calls dealt with. (or possibly incoming and outgoing)
Any plain simple instructions would be appreciated
