Hi

Total novice here.
We are still running Symposium Express Call Centre 4.2
Cannot find any help in the documents.
When I say novice, I mean novice :)
Looking at all the standard reports, we cannot find one that will give us the Average Call Duration for Day/Month/Year.
We seem to be able to find anything else. But not just a simple report that will give us the average call duration of all incomming calls dealt with. (or possibly incoming and outgoing)

Any plain simple instructions would be appreciated

Call duration is referred to as Talk Time. From a standard SECC 4.2 report I think you will need to use the agent report, Average Skillset Talk Time field in the summary row for all agents in the time period of the report (top section, second row of data).
