Depends on what your definition of "support" is.
Seriously, it is still being sold and supported. There has been minimal development, though, for a long, long time.
Nortel has been milking the cow so long that it is nearly dead.

Depends which version you have. R4.2 is still sold ad supported. If you are on R3.0 is't not supported anymore.
