We installed this system 18 months ago and have been pulling reports every week. Recently we notice we can not pull reports before May 12, 2007. Is there a time period that does not allow reports to be pulled anymore? Any suggestions on whrere those reports may have went?

Yes it’s a threshold setting you can change that under reports.
Evan if you change the threshold setting today all the reports past the May 12 are gone.
Is it all reports that cant be pulled or its something like daily only.
