Symposium Express 4.2 Issue

Hi There,

I am hoping someone can assist me. I currenlty installed the Symposium Express 4.2 client on a P4 laptop running XP with SP2. I am receiving errors when trying to access Real Time Agent Display as well as running reports.

The error that I am receiving is:

Unable to register data with statistics data propagator. Real time display cannot continue.

I believe it's a Sybase issue but if anyone has a solution for this, please let me know.

Did you install the pep's associated with SECS? When we installed ours on a server, I seem to remember quite a few peps had to be installed. If you do not have the peps disk, maybe time to contact your vendor
