Symposium Express 4.0 Printed report issue 1

Hi All!

I am having an issue with a symposium express 4.0 that we installed for a customer about 2 months ago. The customer wants to go back to a specific date (Sept 9th) and pull the DNIS report for that day, the problem is that when I run the report for that day, there are no stats on it. I can only get a daily report (with stats) for up to the last 7 days, if I go back to the 8th day, the report comes up with no stats. What am I doing wrong???

You are doing nothing wrong. In Express, data is stored for a finite amount of time. You are looking further back in time than is stored in the data base.
