Symposium Exp. Graphical Real Time Display

I just loaded Symposium Express Graphical Real Time Display for a customer with Symposium Express 4.2. I could not find a install guide on the Nortel website, so I'm winging it. It loaded fine and then came to the setup screen when I opened it. It asks for server IP, etc...

It asks for the login and password. What would that be? I've tried everything and keep getting a logon error.

I had this working at a previous customers site. I built a new supervisor in the system. Its username was grtdadmin. I did this so the agents would not change the password on that account.

I also remember having some login problems similar to this. I had a good username and password that worked on the client and would not let the grtd login.

To fix it I had to uninstall the client software, the grtd software and delete any registry entry that had nortel, normat, symposium, sybase or grtd and delete the ase12clt folder in the root of c. I also made sure I rebooted after I deleted all of this stuff. The uninstall is a pain.
