Symposium Event Code 46750 1

Does anyone know what the following EVENT CODE 46750 is. All i see in the EVENT BROWSER is the Object ID is "Historical Data Collect". the description simply says "<Undefined Event>". i get this error about every 15 minutes.

This implies that the Historical Data Collector (which collectd the data) fails to send the info to the database.
verify on the server if all services are "UP" in the service monitor.

If not you can try to start the Symposium services again by clicking on Start|Programs|Symposium Call Center Server|Startup.
Give the server about 15 minutes to startup again.
If that doesn't solve the issue reboot the server;
If that doesn't solve the issue contact your supplier.

Do you happen to have networked Symposiums? or is this a stand alone. In a network Symposium, stats are sent to the NCC server so this can also indicate a problem in the LAN connection at the time the stats are being sent.

Check your Historical Configuration. One of the causes of this error is the number of agents built exceeds the number configured.
