Symposium Errors

I have some Symposium errors that I do not know how to fix:

Service Request Failure. Error code: 0. . File/Line/Func: \vsm_vob\nivsm\src\VsmRsp.cpp\1789\TSMGiveIVRRSP::Execute, no service request. Service id: [1041].

as well as:

Invalid call ID: (0. Dev id: 16777264. Evt: 3. Msg: Call ID: 0. File/Func: .\nitfe_cltasktsm.cpp/NITFE_clTaskTSM::callProcessingEventHandling #1 : line 471.)

also:

VSM Request Failed. (Result: 3. Event: 3. Call ID: 798. File/Funct: .\nitfe_cltaskvsm.cpp/Execute : line 515)

I also have some additional errors:

Non-SCCS call placed to IVR ACDDN / Voice Port (16777263.,ACD DN: 2200 Orig DN: .,\vsm_vob\nivsm\src\VsmRsrc.cpp\2528\DSPUnit::HandleUnknownCall.)

and:

Unexpected event received (4.State:12.Call id:152.Info:.File:.\cpcall.cpp/handleUnsolicitedEvents : line 4123)


What the heck are they, and how do I fix them?

Did you ever get the errors fixed? If so what was the solution. Were having the same problem. Opt 81C, SCCS 4.02, and CallPilot 1002rp 2.0

I've reduced ours but not entirely removed them:
I belive ours is a lack of voice resources as the number of calls has rocketed, yet our Voice channels has only go up by 2!

I reduced the errors by making the scripts more efficient when it comes to call processing.

Where possible I changed our
Open Voice..
Play promts...

to
Give Broadcasts.

Although it's not advisable early in the script, if you have, "sorry for the delay" type messages who cares if they hear at 36 seconds instead of 30? It can save loads of voice processing.
By doing this I reduce our errors from about 10 a day to a few a week.

Also check if all voice channels are assigned to Symposium and working. We had a card lose a chanel and cuased the same errors.
