Hello All, This site is new to me. We're running Symposium Express 4.2 V7. I am having trouble setting up an "emergency option" under the "Call Treatment" where you can route call to external number in case of an emergency evacuation and the last agent is being logged out. The number is being greyed out when I clicked on "OK" button.
Can someone please help me.
