Symposium Emergency Option call route to this #

Hello All, This site is new to me. We're running Symposium Express 4.2 V7. I am having trouble setting up an "emergency option" under the "Call Treatment" where you can route call to external number in case of an emergency evacuation and the last agent is being logged out. The number is being greyed out when I clicked on "OK" button.
Can someone please help me.

Does this happen when all your agents are logged out of all queues then the calls will be forwarded to another number?

If a tree hugger falls in the woods...who cares?
