Symposium ELAN going up and down 1

I have a 3.0 Opt 11 with a SECS 4.00 I am having error...

ELAN007 ELAN 16 host IP=137.135.128.150 disabled, read from socket fail due to far end disconnect or Ethernet problems

The ELAN immediatly comes back but of course my CDN's all fail and Queues go in default mode.

I have replaced the ELAN hub with a Nortel Business Policy switch that I had laying around. Replaced the NIC card in the SECS server and the patch cord. I am at a loss..I have OTM,Signaling Server,ITGP and MC-8 as well as Call Pilot 201I on the ELAN also and no problems with those devices.
Any help would be appreciated.

You might have a bad Ethernet driver in the SSC card and the SSC card may need to be replaced.

Had the same problem and replacing the SSC card fixed the problem.

Here is a link to the solution. This one will be popping up on all Symposium boxes as the SU12S Microsoft update is applied to the server.
