I can't say too many details, other than it is not included in the SCCS CDs. It's technically free, but you have to pay a fee to be authorized to use it. It kind of makes you a "developing partner"
I looked at it a while back because we want to do HDX sometime next year. I don't remember exactly, but it seems like it was $500 or $1,000
