Symposium contact center

I am new in symposium contact center, I do read alot through the NTP's..... but still couldn't figure out how it work..

could any one advice me how to start ? or

Do any one have some helpful material for the symposium contact center ???

I would suggest that you call Global Knowledge or go to their website and sign-up for a Contact Center Class.
