Symposium CDN Aquire/Deaquire pending

Hello There,

Any idea why a CDN in SCCS 3.0 would not aquire or deaquire?
If I try to Change state or add new or try to deaquire a CDN they just hang there in aquire or deaquire state. Once they are in limbo I am not able to delete them or nothing.

Any one seen this before if so any ideas?

Yes, I've seen this before, but the only thing I know that really works is a reboot of the server...
Maybe Nortel has a proper solution for this. Try contacting your Vendor.

I'll let you know how the full reboot goes..
 
Ended up rebooting and it cleaned up my problems.
 
To avoid this in the future You may want to make sure no changes are done to ACD's, CDN's, and specially TN's in the PBX until after you have De-Acquired them in Symposium first!
