How does Symposium/Contact Center's reporting compare to Cisco IPCC? We've used Symposium/CCM for years in all of our call centers and now one location might be going to a Cisco IPCC platform.
I'm concerned about how we'll be able to compare the performance of the Cisco site with the other Nortel sites given the differences. We currently pull data from each Symposium/CCM system nightly via ODBC into a SQL system for enterprise reporting. My concern is that this won't be possible with Cisco or that the data elements between the systems will not be 100% comparable.
Any insights or observations will be greatly appreciated.
