Symposium CC6 Threshold Classes

Hi new here but hoping for some advice. Symposium CC6.
I have looked at the user guides on threshold classes which indicate that within the level 1 and level 2 I can put what thresholds I want for things like abandoned calls etc. This then is supposed to show in the relevant displays on web client which I have created. The user guide which is normally very helpful and in English seems to be in a whole other language!

Any help would be appreciated.

From the web interface choose Configuration.
Go to Thresholds.
Either adjust the Skillset and Application Thresholds or create new ones.
Remember to click in another row in order to save.

Then choose Skillsets - apply your Skillset Thresholds to the Skillsets.

From the Web interface choose Scripting.
Choose Thresholds.
Apply your Application Thresholds to the wanted Applications.

The thresholds will allow you to assign highlight colors on the real time displays (for example, yellow for values between threshold 1 and 2, Red for values above threshold 2).
