Symposium - Call Pilot Access Ports - Trouble

Hi

Im having problems acquiring voice / access ports between CP and Symp. Always acquire fail, if i click properties on Symp classic client on a failed port it says
"Acquired failed : Access Denied".

Its with a Symposium Rel 5 and a new Call Pilot Rel 4 201 off a Option 11 4.5, all with latest patches.

I have created 20 access ports on the CP with ID's 1-20 and created Voice Ports 1-20 (with ID 1-20) on Symp.

Created 20 TN's (2008's) on M1, with CLS = TLD,VCE,MMA,WTA and FLXA for 16 onwards. With AST 0 & 1.
Key 0: ACD Q , POS ID
Key 1: SCN , DN
Key 2: MSB
Key 3: NRD
Key 4: TRN
Key 5: AO3

Built an ACD Q for the ports with ALOG=YES and IVR=YES & MAXP = 20.

Built 2 ELAN's with SECU=YES and set VAS ID's.

Ive selected Call Pilot Intergration tick from Config Wizard and set Symp Voice conn as TCP = CP ADD and Port 10008.

But still no joy, any help much apprieciated.

Did you build the sets with AST on them?

Yes,

i built AST 0 & 1 , Key 0 and key 1

Did you add the ACD Q as an IVR ACD DN in the Symposium and acquire it? Have you tried shutting down the Symposium and Call Pilot....bringing up Symposium all the way and then bringing up the Call Pilot to see if they can sync up together?

Yes i did add the IVR ACD DN, forgot to mention that. It will acquire also. Ive rebooted Symp until fully up then booted CallPilot but with no luck.

Problem fixed!!!

It was the MASTraceHandler Port#2 (i think) Service was disabled.

When enabled ports came straight in.

Although i disabled it to stop the alarms from the nbalh service failing to many times.
