Symposium Call center - Real time stats

Hello People
We are using Nortel call center and grtd to view real time stats but we would like to have the same results on a web page

We have ODBC access but have no idea where Real time stats exists.

The database blue has some views but they all are historical with 15 minutes of interval

We will appreciate if somebody could guide us in the correct direction to achieve real time stats

You can only access the real time info via the http:\ccma
If you are looking to the historical (blue)database: this indeed goes back in 15 minute intervals.

Via the http:\ccma you can setup/choose any column (or create a pie or chart) you like to display desired real time statistics.
