Symposium call center express

Experts,

From today my Symposium call center express software, was not processing calls, When i get in to the administration program, from a client, a see a message call center stopped. Calls are being queued into the call center without Skillset distintion. I'm using a sucession 1000 system. All services seems to be up and running, except the sybase XP server. I appreciate your support.

It might be helpful to look into the application event log on your server and determine what failed. You don't say if you have done this already, but it's a great place to start. Was it remedied by a reboot of the symposium server?

someboby clicked on the emergency stop button...the traffic light on the corner of the admin client. Click on the green light to put the center back in normal ops. Look at the event browser on the admin client - it will tell you who pressed the button
