Symposium call cannot forward outside PABX.

Hi,

I've set up a call centre phone (M3905) and all the usual scripts and skillsets in Symposium and acquired the phone.

But when people call through Symposium and reaches the phone the person cannot transfer outside the PABX.

I've checked ive had the right NCOS level and also CFXA but they still cannot transfer.

All they get is the "Connect" prompt but it cant actually connect.

The problem is starting to mess with my head

If you need the phone programming then let me know. I have a vague idea that it might be a CLS setting i am missing..

Actually think i found it.

I had FTTC and not FTTU.

No idea what these options really mean but as long as it works im happy
