symposium backup error

sorry know i need to post in symposium forum ....need assistance in network backup. I have donoe this numerous times on a couple of our 6.0 but on an old location 4.5 and get error when in SCCS>DB Backup. ENter network drive but get error:
"Remote Connection Error: [87] Overlapped I/O operation is in progress."

Anyone seen this in this verison SCCS?

I tried same search however no luck in resolving. I am logged in as local admin....but does it use the ngensys account to push out? What service is used to push the backup from Symposium out?
