we log into a Web Client server to access the Symposium Server reporting and scripting etc..
Our logins work to log into the Symp. Web Client server application remotely. When we go in to access a historiacal report it greys out the detail change area and gives an error ' An error occurred while connecting to the server: SXXXVIX02"
When I click on the server name to activate it in the application it says the id or password is not valid. Says "ICESecurity.ComSecurity.error 80040002 The symposium password is incrrect[40812] /configuation/RTStat.asp" in some areas and a similar error referring to the Symps server ID and pass in other areas.
I can log into the Web Client server itself. I can log in to the Symposium server itself. But the application is not responding to our login and IDs. All of them not just one persos id & pass.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
