Symposium and voice mail indications

We need to read the status (get status) for desk phone voice mail lamps. Currently we have an options 11 r 25, with Symposium 4.2. We are pretty sure there is no way to get vm lamp status through this version of CTI server. Does anyone know if this is possible with Symposium 5.0?

What type of VM? You mat be able to use Callpilot reporter?
