I'm getting Invalid call states in Symposium. Help on the error says; there is a lack of synchronization with services provided by the switch. In Meridian Mail tools under diagnostics, I see that TCstat is down and LinkStatus in Not Working. Do you fix this by restarting Meridian Mail?

If in doubt reboot,

Cheers,

If you have a Mail rls 13 the link will always show down. even if it is realy up!! You need to make sure that the Server is not getting clock from the Network. make sure that windows time is disabled in services. You also need to make sure that the PBX has the correct buffers settings. In LD 22 PRT, PARM. Look for CSQI and CSQO. These should be 255. And also MGCR needs to be 25. If you can open voice prompt editor then you don't have a sync problem with mail. To monitor this connection you can load the VSM monitor window on the symposium. Do the following. From the Run window enter regedit. Choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSM_Service. Choose Edit, New-DWORD Value. Name the value WindowOption (case-sensitive). Double-click the value you just created. For value data enter 1. For base select Hexadecimal. Click OK. After the next reboot you will see the VSM window open. This should help you with Access link issues.
Cheers!!!
