Symposium and Analogue ACD Sets

Only me again, how would someone actually put their login number in to the analogue set, is it needed when using the LILO mnemonic or is it another one??

Yes, you put it in after using the LILO prompt. Pick up handset, LILO, agent ID, #, then they should be logged in. With an analog set, it's harder to tell where you are in the process, isn't it?

You still need the agent ID. Pick up handset, LILO, agent ID, #, then you should be logged in. If you go to LD 32 or LD 20 and stat the card, you can double check ( stat loop-shelf-card)
