Symposium & Intervoice IVR integration.

Hi,

Has anyone come across or done an integration with SCCS and Intervoice IVR to achieve screen pop up using Symposium Agent?
The system is an Option 61C with Rls 25.40b, SCCS is ver 4.2 and Tapi Server is ver 2.3. The IVR is Dialect Interlink 2.1.
I would like to know how the IVR can pass or will pass the data to SCCS as well as the tapi server in order to populate the Symposium Agent Desktop screen.
