When logging into Symposium Agent from a client PC I'm not allowed to do any ACD-features (login/logout etc.) When logging into the set manually, SA client is updated.
I had a tips from the SymposiumWeb Center Portal documentation:
"There are a number of problems that occur on TAPI clients using the Microsoft Remote TAPI Service Provider that are related to the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access Connection Manager services.... Its recomended that they are set to disabled...."
